Sheila Babat to Present at Media Conference

Butler Koshland Fellow Sheila Bapat (’09) will give a presentation at the Gender Justice in Media conference to be held June 26 at Columbia University in NYC. Her panel will be held at 1:40pm:

• How to Cover Workers’ Stories Through a Gender Lens with Sheila Bapat, author of Part of the Family: Nannies, Housekeepers, Caregivers, and the Battle for  Domestic Workers’ Rights; Michelle Chen of the Nation; and Bryce Covert of ThinkProgress. Moderated by video journalist Martyna Starosta.
